Strengthening relationships between people, place and living systems
"Healing the Earth begins with restoring relationship - with ourselves, with each other and with the living systems of which we are a part."
Kelly Fulker, Director
Our Work

We work at the intersection of environmental systems, cultural change, and creative problem solving.

Environmental challenges are complex and cannot be solved through technical solutions alone. Lasting change requires cultural understanding, innovative thinking, and approaches that recognise the interconnected nature of social and ecological systems.

Our work supports organisations and communities to navigate this complexity through science-informed strategy, relational facilitation, and systems-aware practice.

Services

With over 25 years of experience in professional Natural Resource Management (NRM) and strategic facilitation, we bring a holistic approach to eco-collaboration for systems change. Working across government, industry, non-profit and the community, we work with our clients to plan and establish their projects and bring them to life.

We apply a range of facilitation techniques that recognise the importance of listening and of using bespoke approaches to achieve real, long-term change. Drawing on systems thinking and lateral thinking, our superpower is bringing creative, inclusive solutions to complex problems.  â€‹â€‹

Our approach

We work from the understanding that environmental, social, and cultural systems are deeply interconnected. Lasting change occurs when transformation is supported at multiple levels — from individual awareness through to family, community, and broader society.

With over 25 years of experience in NRM facilitation, our approach integrates environmental science, relational facilitation, and place-based awareness. We support people and organisations in working more effectively with complexity, uncertainty, and competing values — realities inherent in environmental decision-making.Together, these support more adaptive, ethical, and sustainable environmental decision-making.

Intuitive Ecology

Our Intuitive Ecology approach supports people to reconnect with the natural systems they are part of. Intuitive Ecology integrates three core elements:

Environmental Science — grounded in ecological literacy, systems thinking, and evidence-based practice
Relational Practice — supporting trust, collaboration, and shared understanding through facilitation and restorative processes
Self Awareness — strengthening connection to place, pattern recognition, and environmental responsiveness through our Intuitive Ecology methodology.

Rather than replacing scientific knowledge, Intuitive Ecology strengthens it — helping people notice patterns, relationships, and subtle signals that support more responsive and adaptive stewardship.

Restorative Circle Process

We use restorative circle processes to support individual and collective transformation. Circles create structured, safe environments where people can listen deeply, speak honestly, and engage with complexity without polarisation.

As individuals develop deeper awareness and self-reflection, this change naturally ripples outward — strengthening relationships within families, communities, organisations, and society.
